Marcus Enterprises, established in 1963, is committed to achieving leadership in developing and building planned residential communities. Deceased past president, Charles Marcus, had previously developed local subdivisions including Orchard Hills, Shiloh, and Belvedere Heights. Terry and Ronald, Mr. Marcus’ sons, have continued in his footsteps by becoming leaders in the development and building industry of Jefferson County. Marcus Enterprises developed the award winning 137 lot Cloverdale Heights project, which was awarded the “Best Residential Development in WV 1990”. Our current community, Briar Run Estates, also won “Best Residential Development in WV 1998”. Marcus Enterprises is the leader in the Affordable Home Market in Jefferson County, West Virginia. |
