Fairfax Crossing is a new mixed use, master-planned community being developed in Ranson, West Virginia. Its proximity just 25 miles from Frederick, MD and the Dulles corridor in VA, offers a short commute and is a direct route for business traffic. This community is minutes from the MARC commuter train at Duffields, and is located less than a mile from the Charles Town Races and Slots, a commercial magnet, which attracts more than four million visitors annually.
A new Gateway to Ranson, Fairfax Crossing will offer many business opportunities for those interested in expansion or relocation. Five phases are planned for this community. Phase I consists of single family homes, surrounded by common alleyways, bike paths, porches, etc., as well as three level garage, and non-garage town homes, an upscale apartment complex, and two mixed use, multi-story commercial buildings. The remaining phases will include a mix of residential and commercial development, keeping the township feel of phase I.
