Cloverdale Heights subdivision off of Route 340 in Charles Town was developed    in 1998 with 137 gently rolling acres of orchard land.  While most developers    view trees as obstacles, Marcus Enterprises saw them as an asset with flowering    apple trees found on every homesite.  Cloverdale Heights won the prestigious    award for “Best Residential Development in WV” in 1998.
